STUDENT INTERACTION

 

One of the important aspects of the entire college experience is the opportunity to engage in discussion with your administration, teachers, and other students. Many times in online education this is difficult to achieve. However, at WCBCS we are working on ways to bridge the gap so that you interact as much as you feel comfortable. Here's how we plan on making this happen:

 

*Telephone calls - our offices are open on Monday through Thursday from 8am to 3pm to help answer your calls. Please feel free to call us about anything we can do to help your educational journey. We use our Fridays as a time for focusing on office files and other responsibilities.

*E-mails - you may feel free to e-mail us at any time on any day and we will do our best to get back with you ASAP. Usually we will get back to you within the same business day.

*Chat rooms - we are in the process of building chat rooms for you to have a specific time monthly (eventually weekly) to spend time with your teachers and fellow students to ask questions or to offer suggestions

*Discussion boards - in the near future we will be implementing discussion boards where you will be bale to receive suggestions from other students about their classes and assignments
